Training and Assessment

This qualification reflects the functions of individuals delivering training and assessment services from the postsecondary education and training (VET) sector. This qualification (or so the skill sets produced from components of competency inside ) is also suitable preparation for people engaged in the delivery of training and assessment of competence in an office context, like a component of a structured VET program.The level of learning via a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is an average of six months to two years.Licensing/Regulatory Information Achievement of the qualification by coaches is a dependence on the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) 2015.

Those entering the program must have the ability to demonstrate vocational competency within their suggested teaching and analyzing area. Vocational competency is defined as broad industry knowledge and experience, and may include, but is not restricted by, holding a useful unit of competency or eligibility.
