Training Design and Development

This qualification reflects the roles of training developers and instructional designers who are responsible for assessing training needs and designing training solutions and services and products to satisfy workplace capacity prerequisites, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs. They may have a job in providing guidance and advice to trainers and assessors, boosting advanced practices, e.g. e learning, as well as in researching and incorporating best practice in assessment and training into training programs and services and products.
