This program develops students' familiarity with concepts and techniques, in urban and regional planning and also their ability to employ research skills to planning issues. Urban and regional partners are in charge of ensuring cities, regions and towns have vibrant economies and communities, give a good quality of life, and are sustainable. To achieve this, planners need a good understanding of the way in which societies, markets and surroundings interact and operate.

A relevant bachelor degree, or an equivalent qualification, as recognised by UWA. English language requirements apply.
