Treatment implies something being done to help someone get better, to reach recovery. Ideally, it is a psychosocial intervention that may be packaged with other interventions such as medication and harm reduction.
Treatment is a booming career field, and today’s successful healthcare managers combine industry-specific knowledge with current skills in business administration. Programs are designed to prepare you with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to play a key leadership role in a wide range of environments, including doctors’ offices, hospitals, nursing and residential care facilities, and government offices that serve the healthcare industry.
What are these degree programs about?
Degree programs and connected research opportunities provide students with a foundational knowledge of health care administration and health policy grounded in concepts of leadership, social determinants of health, informatics, systems engineering, and economics.
The Programs in Treatment are aimed at Bachelor graduates in pedagogy, and at education practitioners (kindergarten pedagogues and administrators, school administrators, VET administrators, and college and university administrators) willing to improve their intercultural competencies. The programs aim at creating an interdisciplinary system of knowledge, and skills and integrated socio-pedagogical, psychological and special pedagogical competencies to mainstream diversity in education.
After Graduation
Licensed treatment specialists may choose to pursue a residency or fellowship program to enhance their knowledge and practice.
These unique and exciting programms will equip graduates with advanced knowledge of the prevention and treatment illnesses, and strong practical research skills in order to undertake doctoral research in the field. You will acquire in-depth understanding of the current status and direction of research for the treatment and care of people with defferent diseases, providing with a strong foundation for doctoral studies, and applications for nationally funded fellowships and national and international PhD scholarships. You will complete original research in their specific field of interest, learning about dementia research directly from experts working in clinical.
