Western Sydney University Advanced Medical Science degree is for students who love being challenged and are thinking about a vocation between medical pharmaceutical or science studies. This degree equips students with both specialised knowledge and improved query abilities in biomedical science or anatomy and physiology. Even the Advanced Medical Science degree is designed to offer initial training to get a range of careers in medical science while at the same time allowing students to build leadership and/or research skills. Students can be partnered with experienced academic investigators and their research teams, and take part in the University's exciting research activities to facilitate the transition to postgraduate research studies or prepare students for a variety of exciting career opportunities as high-achieving science scholars.

The Medicinal Chemistry major for this degree is accredited by the Royal Australian Chemical Institute (RACI) for ordinary entry of a grad to the Chartered Chemist eligibility.

    Minimum ATAR of all 90. Students must retain a Grade Point Average (GPA) of 5.0 or above to keep their enrolment in the course.
