Students understand how the human and environment interaction has affected animals and the things they may do in order to secure their future. Students develop research and analytical skills to understand just how to economize and manage animals. Hands-on experience starts in first year with fieldwork in the area region. During the program, students use leading researchers on field trips and laboratory research. Students further develop their own research skills in a specialised field with a option of a guided research project or internship in the final year. As an animal ecologist, career classes consist of natural resource and environmental security bureaus, private ecological consultancies and research institutes. Many animal ecologists also pursue opportunities beyond the science and health businesses in operation, finance, instruction and earnings.
