The Master of Architecture Matches the academic requirements for registration as a Professional in Australia. To register as an architect, then you also have to complete two years of professional practice and pass on the AACA Architectural Practice Examination. For the three year course, selection is based on previous academic achievement. Selection is based on previous academic achievement, which must have already been completed within 5 decades of proposed commencement of the Masters program. Students who have completed the Bachelor of Architectural Design at Monash University will automatically progress into the 2-year Master of Architecture.
