This qualification is part of the Construction, Plumbing and Services Training Package. It's intended to fit the needs of builders and managers of small to medium-sized building businesses. The contractor might also be the suitably licensed person with responsibility under the relevant building licensing jurisdiction in their nation or land. Builder licensing varies across States and Territories and additional requirements can apply.
