This plan prepares students for a selection of careers in the worldwide hospitality industry through a multidisciplinary application that incorporates simulations and reallife professional clinics. The focus is on concepts of hospitality, critical factor of handling styles and strategic thinking. The degree concentrates on the corporate world of worldwide hospitality and hotel management. At this program there's also the ability to specialize through a set of elective courses. These include concentrations in regions of food and beverage preparation, wine marketing and conventions and exhibitions management because they relate solely to the worldwide hotel sector. The application is currently delivered along with the University of South Australia and TAFE SA Regency International Centre.
- Year 12 or equivalent
- Must be 18 Decades Old
- Australian Pupils must have a minimum level of English proficiency to IELTS 6 Without a Band Score under 5.5
- If English language proficiency is found to be insufficient for successful completion of the academic program, Le Cordon Bleu can direct students to undertake additional Language-training
