Students develop leadership skills to be a leader in business. Learn how to establish good working environments that permit staff to develop and work effectively, understand organisational modification, critically assess management ideas and establish the management capabilities and confidence to lean effective small business organizations. In first year students will build up an understanding of core business skills including accounting, promotion and enterprise analytics and in second and third year key topics facing industry managers are covered including direction, change, strategy, globalisation, human resource management, integrity and social responsibility and excellent management.
