This is an intensive program dedicated to preparing students for a selection of careers at management level in restaurant business, food and drink consultanciesfood, food and wine promotion, and relevant food production and food service operations within the global restaurant industry. Through this multi disciplinary program, which comprises simulated and reallife professional clinics, students research the joys of food and wine and its own place from the hospitality experience. The degree has a strong focus on the entrepreneurial and culinary aspects of the world of hospitality, for example small business administration, promotion, wine and drink management coupled with high level culinary skills related directly to the world of global restaurant administration. The application is delivered along with the University of South Australia and TAFE SA Regency International Centre.
