Business - Management

The Bachelor of Business with a major in Management provides students a clear, comprehensive understanding of the entire variety of concepts and practices of management, along with a sound knowledge of leadership from the operational areas of business. This major will improve decisionmaking skills, as well as the tactical competencies required for direction in various businesses. It's going to equip students with significant analytical skills in areas like managing across civilizations and globally, designing organisational structures to improve performance, leading change and innovation and, developing tactical advantage in contemporary contexts.
