Students get the abilities required to do high level financial and economic analysis from both the public and private sector. This four year class is composed of common core subjects in company and major studies in finance and economics. A company design project done in the last year is targeted at combining the theoretical and technical experience the different parts of this course. Students will gain contact with industry applications and requirements from the RMIT Tradiging Facility. Within this purpose built simulator, students learn how to exchange in money and foreign exchange markets employing a live market datafeed in Thomson Reuters Eikon. This class involves a compulsory work placement in third year. Students are responsible for accessing their particular positioning, however, support can be obtained to help with your job search. Students that are unable to secure a positioning can move to a related 3 yr business level.

Students and scholars of the program are eligible to submit an application for membership of FINSIA. Students and scholars are eligible to join the CPA Australia Network. Graduates who tackle additional specified classes might have these counted towards partly satisfying the academic requirements for Associate Membership of CPA Australia.
