This app is designed for the folks who're responsible for crises, emergencies and hazard management within an organisation (e.g. senior executive functions , emergency service leaders, safety and health managers, environmental protection and mitigation officials, business continuity managers) and any government and non-government functions with delegated liability or responsibility of mitigation, preparedness and response and restoration functions for organisations or communities.

Learners should have an understanding of emergency management structures in their authority and experience in trying to mitigate emergency events in a principle role in a episode or emergency management group or organisational equivalent.
