Commercial Cookery

This qualification reflects the part of commercial cooks who use a vast variety of well-developed cookery skills and sound understanding of kitchen operations to organize food and menu items. Working with discretion and decision making, they work with some autonomy and under limited supervision using plans, policies and procedures to direct work activities.This eligibility provides a path to work as a business cook from organisations such as restaurants, hotels, clubs, bars, caf\u00e9s, along with java shops.No occupational licensing, accreditation or specific legislative requirements connect with the eligibility at the time of publication.
