Making use of discretion and decision making, they work with some freedom and under limited supervision using policies, strategies and procedures to guide work activities.This eligibility provides a path to work as a business cook in organisations such as restaurants, hotelsand nightclubs, pubs, caf\u00e9s, along with coffee shops.No occupational licensing, certificate or specific legislative requirements affect the eligibility at the time of book.
