This qualification reflects the role of commercial cooks who use a vast range of well-developed cookery expertise and sound understanding of kitchen operations to organize menu and food items. Using discretion and decision, they work with some freedom and under limited oversight using plans, policies and procedures to direct work activities.This eligibility provides a pathway to work as a commercial cook from organisations such as restaurants, hotelsand nightclubs, pubs, caf\u00e9s, and java shops.No occupational licensing, and certificate or specific legislative conditions connect with this eligibility during book.
