This dual level increases livelihood options across communication and justice fields. The communication component enables students for professional roles in the fast evolving communication businesses. Students gain exposure to a wide selection of communication literacies and local and global communication platforms through on-campus learning, international analysis experiences and involvement together with world-leading research. Students will comprehend the value of ethnic diversity, for example Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander viewpoints, in domestic and globalised communications surroundings. The justice component prepares students to get donations in the performance of, and development of law enforcement and justice management. The Criminology and Policing major features criminology, policing, correctional services and crime avoidance. The Policy and Governance major comprises policy analysis and the intricacies of government officers research, reevaluate, recommend and develop policies from the justice world. Students have the possibility to develop expert expertise by using their knowledge and skills in authentic industry settings.

Journalism: Australian Journalists' Association (AJA) section of the Media, Entertainment and Arts Alliance (MEAA). Justice: State and Federal Law enforcement; Government departments such as Correctional Services, Immigration and Border Protection, Defence and Protective and Security Services.
