Students of the Bachelor of Communication and Media (Marketing Communication) develop skills and knowledge in strategic and new development, media participation, advertising and cross platform digital communicating. Students refine their analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as their understanding of professionalism and societal responsibility. Students will: Have ongoing exposure into the market, as well as use of professional internships and training round multidisciplinary platforms; align the creation of professional marketing communicating with industry conditions, standards and global best practice; and also apply professional judgement and knowledge from adapting marketing communication theories, principles and methodologies across diverse social, cultural and organisational contexts. Participants possess a solid understanding of the consumer and the strategic and creative principles involved with professional advertising and sales communications practice, as well as the skills needed to meet industry requirements.

Entry for this course relies in an entrance position. A position can be accomplished by means of a year 1-2 ATAR, additional Australian eligibility, work experience, or an international qualification.
