Critical Care Paramedicine

Built to extend the paramedic with the necessary information and skills for a lifetime career as a team leader or sole responder in critical care Paramedicine The path focuses on the clinical topics directly related to practice, and develops a much greater depth of knowledge to increase clinical decisionmaking and critical thinking.Students will learn advanced-level clinical knowledge to apply for their daily para-medical practice, while at precisely the same time learning advanced level skills in evidence-based practice and research.The combination of advanced clinical information and applied research knowledge and skills provides students having the capability to continuously improve their own clinical practice, in addition to impact on the organisation they have employment with and also the broader Paramedicine community.

University admission requirements apply. All applicants Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Paramedicine, or even a Graduate Certificate or Graduate Diploma in Critical Care Paramedicine, with equivalents considered. Alternately applicants may apply with equivalent prior learning including at least five years appropriate professional experience.
