Culinary Management

This course has been designed to equip you with specialist knowledge. By doing this course you will get the technical abilities required to get job as being a chef or other culinary pro, as well as a great foundation of business subjects which may enable one to be a successful business owner or manager from the hospitality market.

National pupils: To qualify for admission you must satisfy one of their entrance conditions below: Year 12 certificate (or equivalent) OR Successful completion of a Higher Education qualification. OR Successful completion of a Vocational qualification (AQF Level 4), or above. OR Work and Life Experience Entry.
