This qualification reflects the part of commercial cooks who use a vast range of well-developed cookery expertise and solid understanding of kitchen operations to prepare food and menu items. With discretion and decision, they work with some autonomy and under limited supervision using policies, strategies and procedures to direct work activities.This eligibility provides a path to work as a business cook from organisations such as restaurants, hotelsand clubs, pubs, caf\u00e9s, and coffee shops.No occupational licensing, and certificate or specific legislative requirements apply to this eligibility during publication.
