Cyber Security (Professional)

The Master of Cyber Security (Professional) is supposed to extend the specialised cyber-security skills obtained at the Master of Cyber Security by providing students with the chance to take on a period of industry-based education or a research project under the supervision of their internationally-recognised research staff.The course prepares you for a variety of security functions within business, government and police by simply combining technical analysis in system security, digital forensics and analytics with organisational security, governance and policy skills.In an increasingly digital world, also a serious challenge facing governments and organisations is the way to manage the dramatic gain in the total number and seriousness of cyber attacks which cause great loss into business, society and government. Having professionals with cybersecurity skills is critical for the continuing success of their digital future.

To be eligible for entry, applicants must have: Attainment of Bachelor degree in related discipline OR Attainment of Graduate Certificate of Information Technology or equivalent. All applicants must satisfy the minimum English language requirements.
