This double level increases livelihood options across design and property economics areas. The design and architecture level focuses on sustainable systems and their application in design projects and is encouraged by the use of teaching, practice and research. Students learn how to create environments with favorable effects on human health, environmental quality, social relationships and urban approaches. Upon graduation, students can progress onto a Master of Architecture and gain the required working experience to become an architect. The house economics application provides details on the role of the numerous real estate professionals that assess, grow, value, finance and manage most of types of public and private property. It's intended for students that are interested in the role that land plays at the Australian and worldwide economy and a desire to be involved in ensuring that the land industry remains economically and environmentally sustainable and meets with the social demands of most members of society.

Architecture: This course, along with the following Master of Architecture course, has received full Certification from the Architects Accreditation Council of Australia, and full Comprehension from the Australian Institute of Architects. Graduates qualify for membership of the Design Institute of Australia (DIA), the professional body for Australian designers. Property Economics: Australian Property Institute; The Valuers Registration Board of Queensland; The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors; Board of Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents, Malaysia.
