Design (Industrial Design) and Law

The handson industrial design application immerses students in the design of realistically detailed services and products acceptable for manufacture using a focus on realworld industry and societal engagement. Studies involve learning how the creative design practice, model-making techniques, visual communication, product design manufacturing, design direction, computer-aided industrial design (CAID), design research, human factors and ergonomics, combined with innovation, aesthetics, entrepreneurship and business, cultural and societal values, and design leadership. Regulations degree offers a solid foundation in contemporary law knowledge and transferable skills like critical analysis, problem solving and research that will equip students to their own careers. Students have the opportunity to choose electives that align with their interests and can gain practical and hands-on experience. They take advantage of meaningful connections with highprofile industry companies and classes together using leading and internationally renowned law experts. Students can also pursue work experience through industry internships and worldwide exchanges. Career solutions involve industrial style or intellectual property lawyers, industrial designers, industrial designers, and products or services designers for mass or bespoke production software.

Industrial Design: Design Institute of Australia (DIA). Law (Honours): Applicants satisfy the academic requirements for admission as a solicitor and/or barrister in all Australian states and territories. It is also recognised for entry purposes in West and East Malaysia, India, Fiji and Papua New Guinea.
