This degree gives an extensive introduction to most of the major aspects of cinema, and rigorous training in 1 specialisation - performance, production or theater practice. Performers develop consistent competence and confidence in all aspects of stagecraft, if in the theatre or in front of a camera. Production students develop solid skills in stage management, design and direction appropriate for a variety of theatrical projects. Theatre Practice results in competence in both acting and theater production appropriate for a diversity of service functions. Theatrical productions are a normal feature throughout. Industry placements incorporate the overseas screen acting trained in Hollywood. Specialist studies are layered with investigation of a Christian world view that supports personal and professional integrity and social responsibility.
