This 12 months full time equivalent class is for educators in a wide array of fields associated with education who hold a post-secondary teacher education level or equivalent. The training program curriculum builds on students' professional knowledge having an emphasis on critical and independent thinking. The class consists of cooperation components, including a Negotiated Research Project. Successful completion of the course might enable students to undertake doctoral level analysis.
