Electrotechnology

This course is largely directed at school leavers or new entrants into the work force. It provides the chance for those wanting to gain employment in the electrotechnology industry with all the essential requisite knowledge and skills to gain admittance to a vast assortment of apprenticeships offered in this industry. Specifically, the course provides training in basic electrical theory, electric workshop practices, wiring and basic installation capabilities, the use of hand and power tools and an overview of the electrotechnology industry and the array of vocations within it.
