This qualification is part of the Metal and Engineering Training Package. It's for individuals engaged at the fundamental manufacturing operator degree in fabricating, engineering and related industry areas. Students will get the base level competencies required by an operator working in these areas. They will also acquire knowledge and skills in workplace communication, occupational health and safetyand quality processes systems and preparation, and some industry specific skills.
