This program will provide students with an in-depth comprehension of engineering areas of their automotive manufacturing life cycle. It will expose them to infrastructure along with different work ethics, by supplying them with the opportunity to execute job experience or research jobs at multinational automotive businesses worldwide. The introduction of classroom education and workplace experience will provide students with the chance to employ your understanding and problem solving skills in a real workplace atmosphere. The program focuses on new sustainable structure and manufacturing practices dependent on the entire lifecycle (from'cradle to grave') of vehicles. This includes the look for recycle and disposal, disassembly, life cycle assessment, alternative fuels and power trains and light structures.
- A Australian Bachelor degree (Bachelor of Technology, Bachelor of Engineering Science or Bachelor of Engineering), or equivalent, in the fields of aerospace, mechanical, manufacturing, mechatronics, sustainable systems or automotive technology, with a Grade Point Average (GPA) of equal to or greater than 2.5 out of 4.0
- Or a Australian Master of Engineering or PhD, or equivalent, in the fields of aerospace, mechanical, manufacturing, mechatronics, sustainable systems or automotive technology Applicants with a GPA of over 2.5 out of 4.0 could be contemplated a case by case basis, with consideration given to two years' relevant work experience in industry.
