Engineering (Research)

A full-time academic team member experienced in research, is going to be appointed as supervisor for each student at the Master of Engineering. Partner supervisors, external or internal, may be appointed to aid the principal supervisor. Students could be required to meet certain presence requirements and also will complete a thesis embodying the results of research conducted out at the area of study given during enrolment.To qualify to get a Master by Research, students must demonstrate an enhanced and integral comprehension of a more intricate body of knowledge within one or more discipline areas by generating a substantial contribution to knowledge through using appropriate research principles and processes. This is in the form of a thesis of around 50,000 words in total. Students may also be required to perform a minimum of one component of coursework. Students will probably likely be referred to prospective supervisors so as to set a potential research project.

• Relevant Honours Level.
  Applicants should possess demonstrated evidence of a superior standard of research ability. This is normally an Honours year to H2B (60%+) standard, or even a course work master degree with a significant thesis. However, other evidence of research ability may be considered and may have a thesis as part of an international undergraduate level
