Within this course you'll figure out how to recognize and solve problems occurring in the natural atmosphere, and convey these details to a range of audiences. This course focuses on the Earth's 4 major systems - the atmosphere, hydrosphere, biosphere and lithosphere. You'll find out about the procedure that happen in either the degraded environments. You can choose to complete a minor in environmental chemistry or environmental chemistry. You can also choose to specialise in a 2nd minor study field or expand your own knowledge from selecting sources from areas like geosciences or even geospatial science. Within this course, you'll gain considerable hands on experience with equipment, both in the lab and in the area. Additionally you will get involved in field trips during second and 3rd years, and you will have the ability to focus on collaborative industry endeavors. Considerable emphasis is placed on helping one to be in into the particular program and providing additional academic help, where needed.
All graduates will be eligible for membership of the Environment Institute of Australia and New Zealand.
- Present Year 12 requirements units 3 and 4 - a study score of at least 20 in another of Mathematics (any)
- And also a study score of at least 25 in just about any English (except EAL) or at least 30 in English (EAL).
