Touted as a model program for other universities, this respected University of Washington program offers the same education as our prestigious full-time MBA program in a format that accommodates working professionals. Most evening MBA students have an employment situation that is sufficiently stable to take on the rigorous demands of graduate-level classes, study time and group meetings. As the class profile documents: the average age, work experience and pre-MBA career progress of evening students is higher than that of full-time program. Evening students are most likely to use knowledge gained in the program to advance with their current employer or to transition to a better position in a related field, often before completing the degree.
