The Annals of Food Science and Human Nutrition is offered in the Ourimbah campus. The degree offers a strong background in the fundamentals underlying the sciences of food technology and human nutrition. This includes the basic sciences, the chemistry and physics of nourishment and the features of food, including food products and foods that are functional. The Bachelor of Business is one of the most popular and lively levels offered by the Faculty of Business and Law.
