Clinical Nutritionists approach disease avoidance and direction through a lens that is squishy. Nutrient adequacy, food grade, dietary behaviours and life style are assessed to ensure individualised Nutrition Care Plans can be developed. Scientific evidence, ethics and solid clinical justification guide training to be certain diet and supplement recommendations are safe and efficacious.
