This qualification reflects the use of skilled operators who use a wide assortment of hospitality service, operational or sales skills combined with supervisory skills and solid understanding of industry processes to plan, track and assess the work of associates. They operate independently or with limited guidance from the others, and use discretion to solve non-routine problems.This eligibility provides a pathway to behave as a manager in hospitality businesses such as restaurants, hotels, motels, nightclubs, pubs, caf\u00e9s, along with coffee shops. This qualification allows for multi-skilling and also for specialisation in accommodation companies, food and beverage, and gaming.Possible job titles include:bar manager or team leaderconciergeduty managerfood and beverage manager or team leaderfront office supervisor or team leaderhousekeeping manager or team leadergaming manager or team leadershift manager.No occupational licensing, certificate or special legislative requirements affect this eligibility at time of publication.
