This course is aimed at students who have an ambition and interest to work within the Hotel, Food Service or Hospitality industries in a management position.

You will also have access to a wide range of extra curricula activities and qualifications, such as our visiting speakers programme, our hospitality student conference and the opportunity to undertake Wine and Spirit and Food Hygiene courses.

Students are expected to have a merit profile in a HE Diploma / HND / Advanced Diploma / Foundation Degrees in Business Studies or commercial / management courses (which include the study, at full unit level, of topics such as organisational management, finance, accounting, marketing, human resource management, operational management, IT applied to business and management, research and statistics etc.)
