Our flexible programs let you shape your studies to match individual career goals

Electives:

You must choose 3 elective courses, either from the HR course offering or from another graduate program. For courses in other programs, you must obtain the approval from the Head of the receiving program.

There are standard academic and English proficiency requirements for admission into the master's program: * Bachelors degree from a university with institutional accreditation. * A Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 2.5 on a 4 point scale, or its equivalent. Results from universities that use a different grading scale will be evaluated in the context of the relevant academic system. * Proof of English language proficiency for students who have completed their studies outside of English speaking countries. * There are no entrance examinations but we ask that you provide results from the GRE, GMAT or other tests to augment your application. * You do not need to have an undergraduate degree in the field in which you are applying for a Masters degree.
