This qualification reflects the use of workers locally and/or residential setting that follow an individualised want to give person-centred support to folks who may require support due to aging, disability or some other reason. Work involves using discretion and judgement with regard to human support in addition to accepting responsibility to get outputs.Workers have a range of factual, technical and procedural understanding, in addition to some theoretical knowledge about the concepts and methods required to present person-centred support.To achieve this qualification, the candidate should have completed at least 120 hours of work as detailed in the Assessment Requirements of these components of competency.No law, legislative, and regulatory or certification requirements affect this eligibility at the time of book.
