Through Deakin's Bachelor of Information Technology you'll get the critical expertise and experience needed to embark on a career inside, while developing in-depth knowledge in a specialised section of your choosing such as cloud computing, game development or cybersecurity. This class will give you the ability to explore and experiment in areas such as programming, networking, entrepreneurship and user-centred style and design. You'll tackle a specialised capstone job and get co-working spaces, which let you collaborate with like-minded peers and kick start your own expert network. An honours year is available for high-achieving students thinking about undertaking a focused research project.
The Bachelor of Information Technology is professionally Licensed with the Australian Computer Society (ACS).
