The programme provides the qualification not only for new construction, but also for construction work in existing structures, with the requirements for planning and implementation of dismantling, redevelopment, preservation, conversion and building recycling. A distinct reference to application and practice is established through a close cooperation between participating companies and external experts on the one hand, and Detmolder Schule für Architektur und Innenarchitektur, University of Applied Sciences Lucerne and the Delft University of Technology on the other.

After graduation the titel M.Eng (Master of Engineering) is granted to the participants.

Admission Prerequisites * technical college entrance qualifications and a degree from a technical college (FH or universitiy) with substantial engineering components and with a regular course of study of at least six semesters * professional experience of generally at least one year * proof of special professional and methodological ability is ascertained through a special aptitude test * proof of English speaking ability Work Experience At least 1 year(s) of work experience is required.
