Description

The bachelor's programme International Studies offers you a unique combination of area studies, placed in an international setting and provides the opportunity to learn a foreign language.

In the English-taught bachelor's programme in International Studies you will study the history, culture, politics and economy of a world region, and you will learn one of the region's languages. You will be able to put world events in perspective by comparing regions in their worldwide context. You will study International Studies at the Faculty of Humanities of Leiden University, one of the leading humanities faculties in continental Europe.
