This system provides advanced training and instruction in the significant disciplines of laboratory medicine. It's offered for scholars from overall science/biomedical science degrees with a biological science attention. These scholars would have had no or limited experience in diagnostic laboratory disciplines. This coursework program is designed to present an innovative eligibility and empower graduates to employ a selection of diagnostic procedures in a clinical pathology laboratory. They will have higher level skills in knowledge and analysis integration that's related for their field of specialisation.
Australian Institute of Medical Scientists (AIMS) and the Institute of Biomedical Sciences (IBMS) in the UK.
- A Australian bachelor degree or equivalent in a cognate discipline (laboratory medicine, biomedical or biological sciences or medicine) with a minimum Grade Point Average of 2.0 out of 4.0
- Or An Australian bachelor degree or equivalent in a cognate discipline with a minimum of five decades of relevant job experience in diagnostic pathology.
