Labour Law and Relations

This program provides students with the possibility to concentrate on the legal aspects of industrial relations and recruiting. Elements of study concentrate on the principles governing the employment relationship, collective bargaining, industrial battle, and occupational regulation of wages and terms. The application includes units of study offered by the University of Sydney Business School.
