This one year Master of Science in Management will provide you with a unique and attractive profile, and prepare you for a career in management. The program is for students with a Bachelor degree in another subject than Business or Economics. You work in an intensive learning environment with students from all over the world. You learn and practise different dimensions of management with the highly qualified faculty of Lund University School of Economics and Management and with leading practitioners. The program is divided into four periods: 1) The Global Context of Management develops your knowledge of today s global challenges in management. 2) The Functions of Management provides you with important tools for work related to strategy, marketing, organization and finance. 3) Managing Individuals and Groups give insights on issues such as decision making, motivation and leadership. 4) Degree project develop your capability to investigate and analyse a management challenge related to a subject of your own special interest.

We balance theory with deep analytical skills and practical content. You will gain the essential knowledge and business skills that can be transferred directly to the corporate world. An undergraduate degree (BA/BSC) with a major other than business administration and/or management.English B (advanced) language proficiency (English 6) shall be demonstrated in one of the following ways: * IELTS score of 6.5 (with no section less than 5.5) * TOEFL paper-based score of 4.5 (scale 1-6) in written test and a total score of 575; internet based score of 20 (scale 0-30) in written test and a total score of 90 * Cambridge Certificate of Advanced English * A Bachelors degree from a university where English is the only language of instruction, according to the International Handbook of Universities * A pass on English course B (Swedish upper secondary school).
