Management with Entrepreneurship

This course covers all the key areas of management, including strategy, international business, markets and consumption and accounting where theory and practice are combined to deliver a thorough grounding in the field of modern management and will provide you with the opportunity to specialise in entrepreneurship. 

You will gain key skills for new venture creation, opportunity recognition, idea generation, creativity and problem solving. You will learn about the key theoretical frameworks that underlie entrepreneurship and understand key concepts such as how businesses are started, how resources are acquired and how business growth is managed.

Your first year will provide you with an introduction to Management, through the study of seven core courses including:

• Organisation Studies
• Interpreting Management

• Information Systems
• Quantitative Methods

In your second year, you will take six core courses, plus two entrepreneurial courses;

• Strategic Management
• Managerial Accounting
• Operations Management

• Human Resource Management
• Employability
• New Venture Creation
• Fundamentals of Entrepreneurship

In your final year, you will take two core courses, supplemented by four entrepreneurial courses and one optional course;

• Integrating Management Practice 1

Requirements

• Requires first year of University completed or A-Levels, IB, or Foundation course for university entry.
• IELTS 6.5 overall
