Microelectronics as a hardware base of information and communication technologies belongs to the most dynamically growing technologies. The graduates deepened they theoretical knowledge and practical experience about electronic systems for generating, processing, communicating and storing of information as well as control signals in various applications. The graduates will be able to design, analyze, verify and maintain various electronics systems based on advanced micro- and nano-electronics technologies. The attention is paid to development and integration of optoelectronics, photonics and sensorics with methods of digital signal processing. The frequent involvement of students to the solution of partial problems of research projects within the individual projects provides the graduates with skills in team work, designing and evaluating experiments, as well as with presentation and communication of obtained results.
