In this double amount you will learn to identify the nutrient health needs of individuals, communities and groups. You'll be prepared to educate people on good health and nutrition and urge for improved health policies and legislation. You'll also be able to coordinate nutrition and health promotion activities for people. On your first year you are going to learn the foundations of health promotion and nutrition, and study core components with students from other health subjects. On the second, third and fourth years you are going to learn specialised health promotion and nutrition knowledge and skills. Additionally you will undertake an on-campus wellness promotion campaign and provide a school-based nutrition education session.
