This program prepares students for clinical training in the profession of occupational therapy. Occupational therapists work with their customers to overcome barriers which might be preventing them from participating more fully in life. At a specialist setting occupational therapists socialize with family members and carers where needed, and also typically work in teams with other caregivers in a variety of settings. A number of clinical and professional field work chances are scheduled within their program.
