Organisational Coaching and Leadership

This course combines academic analysis using industry accredited coaching training to provide graduates with the expertise and skills to develop and manage high-performing, dynamic companions.

The IECL element of this training course is situated on the IECL Accredited Coach training course program, that will be licensed with the International Coach Federation (USA). Students who successfully complete the full Accredited Coach Training Program will qualify to submit an application for International Coach Federation credentials.

Bachelor level or equivalent. Applicants without a tertiary qualification could be admitted to the Graduate Certificate on the basis of professional attainment and/or labour experience.
